Karekare with Vegchon

I have discovered that it is very yummy!

Try to cook your own vegan kare kare and serve it with Vegchon (bought mine from The Vegan Grocer Ph)

My Kare Kare:

Pre-cook or steam the following:

Sitaw, Pechay, Talong, Puso ng Saging.

For the sauce:

  1. sauteed onion, garlic,
  2. add peanut butter (unsweetened),
  3. add 1/2 cup water,
  4. let it simmer,
  5. add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with Fried Vegchon and enjoy!
