You can pair adobong kangkong to any fried dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 bundle of Kangkong
- Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Vinegar
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Saute Garlic until golden brown
- Add 5 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tbsp vinegar and a pinch of black pepper
- Add 1/2 cup water
- Add kangkong and let it simmer for 5 minutes
(you may adjust soy sauce and vinegar according to the amount of kangkong you are cooking. you may also use oyster mushroom sauce instead of soy sauce)
